How do I get my size right? Is there a correct way to measure myself?

How long will my order take?
Elk Grove all online purchases are made on order. So normally we take 2 working days to ship the product. Please add 4 more working days taken by the courier company. Total 6 working days are required to get the product delivered.
How will I know that Elk Grove Clothing has received my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email.
Can I change my address?
You can update your address within 24 hours of your purchase via CONTACT US form. Otherwise your address provided in your purchase order will be considered final.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order up to the point your order is ready to dispatch from our distribution center or store. Please contact us to cancel your order.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Amex. You can also pay via PayPal.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge flat $15 USD for each item worldwide.
Will you deliver at my postal address?
We cannot deliver any parcel with only postal address. We need complete address including house/apartment number along with street number, city, state/province, postal and zip code included.
Which carrier can I use for my return?
We recommend you use a service offering tracking so that you can check your return has reached our warehouse. Elk Grove Clothing shall not be responsible for any damages to or theft/loss of the goods .The item must be returned intact and carefully packaged in its original condition.
How do I track my order?
Elk Grove Clothing uses DHL and FedEx companies for North and Latin America. For Europe, Asia and Australia we use TNT service. Your order status will be updated with tracking number once dispatched from our ware house.
Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?
We deliver to a number of our international destinations on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis. This means all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Where possible, applicable duty will be displayed once all the shipping information has been entered. Please note if this information is not displayed at checkout you are liable to pay these fees when your order arrives.
If I need to return goods what do I do?

As soon as we receive the returned goods in original condition, we than issue refund within 2-3 days of receipt.
